How much does this plan cost?

Asure protects you for up to ten years. Coverage is affordable comfort that averages just pennies a day. You can also include the extended services contract in the Amana financing option for your new heating and air conditioning system.

It adds additional years to both the parts and labor coverage on your Amana home comfort system. Asure protects you against repair charges for up to ten years from installation, depending on the coverage you choose.

What options are available to me?

New construction program:

- 1 year and 2 years

Residential plans are available in any of the following plans for parts and labor:

- 5 years - 7 years - 10 years - 1 year renewable

For commercial applications labor and parts options are available as follows:

- 5 years - 7 years - 1 year renewable

What do I do if I need a repair?

Call your installing Amana dealer and verify they provide Asure repair coverage. If you are unable to locate your local dealer, simply call the Amana toll-free Consumer Information Line at 1-800-843-0304.

What do I pay for repair expenses?

It won't cost you anything out-of-pocket in the future for covered repairs, and there is no limit on the number of repairs. It is perfect for those who don't want the financial responsibility for unbudgeted repairs. No matter how much the cost of a service call has increased over the length of the contract. That's right, it is also a great hedge against inflation or for those living on fixed incomes.

Asure does not cover routine maintenance. To keep your system operating a maximum efficiency, we recommend regular maintenance from your Amana dealer.

Who services my Amana system?

Amana's Asure puts an end to worry about your home comfort system. All Service is done only by an Authorized Amana Dealer using only quality Amana parts. “Done by the best using only the best”.

What happens if I sell my home?

The coverage is transferable to the new homeowner at no cost. It adds value to your property.

What does Asure exclude?

  • Routine Maintenance.
  • Air filters, duct work, external refrigeration lines, electrical wiring external to equipment, drain lines, condensate pumps, or any other items not listed in the Extended Services agreement.
  • Any failure or malfunctions that result from the owner's failure to perform preventative maintenance.
  • Repairs to alter the equipment to meet changes in Federal, State or local regulations.
  • Premium labor charges resulting from labor performed during other than normal working hours.
  • Failures due to corrosion.
  • Paint, finish, or rust.
